Help your kids learn all about spring with free printable worksheets for spring guiding kids through observing what is happening in the world around them.

Teaching kids about nature is a great way to foster a love of the environment. When they love nature and see how great our planet is they are more likely to want to protect it.

Spring is a great time to do outdoor learning projects. There are so many things changing around us during that time that you can really learn a lot just from observing nature.

Going on little nature walks and just spending time in your own backyard can help kids learn all about the world around them. 

A fun way to be intentional about your time spent outside is by giving your kids a spring observation worksheet to fill out. It will help them think about what they are seeing and give you a chance to teach them about all the amazing things happening around them.

Free Printable Worksheets for Spring

The first thing your kids will fill out is all about what they are sensing. 

What do they see? What are they feeling? What sounds do they hear? What do they taste? And what do they smell?

Look around your backyard or on a walk and really encourage your child to observe these things. Maybe even try some seasonal produce and talk about it.

They will also observe what the weather is like. This is a good chance to talk more about weather and weather changes.

They can also share what there favorite things about spring are. You can share your favorites with them as well.

There are also a couple of fun games to play. A fill in the blanks all about spring and a fun little scavenger hunt. It will provide a lot of fun entertainment during a nice spring day.
