Eating locally produced food is a great way to support your local community and it’s also a great way to make sure you are eating fresh food. It also makes sure your diet is diverse because you end up eating seasonally.

You can find a lot of local fresh seasonal produce at grocery stores around the state. If your’s doesn’t carry local produce ask if they will start.
